Grievance Redressal and Welfare Committee
Bapuji Institute of Hi-Tech Education has constituted the Grievance Redressal and Welfare Committee to provide an impartial platform for students, parents, and staff to raise concerns and seek fair resolution. The committee functions in accordance with institutional policies and regulatory guidelines to maintain a harmonious and supportive academic environment.
Objectives of the Committee
- To provide a platform for redressal of grievances
- To ensure timely and impartial resolution of complaints
- To promote the welfare and well-being of students and staff
- To enhance trust, transparency, and accountability
- To prevent escalation of grievances through early intervention
Functions of the Committee
- Receive grievances through written or online mode
- Examine the complaint in a confidential manner
- Conduct meetings or hearings when required
- Recommend suitable corrective and remedial measures
- Ensure compliance with AICTE and institutional policies
- Maintain proper records and documentation of grievances
